this dog is a year old and keeps urinating on anything he can find except outside or his pee pad, is there anything i can do to stop him. it is my roommay=tes dog and it is driving me crazy

I think you already know this answer. He will never stop. And even if you do get him neutered (best idea) lifting his leg is now a habit. Male dogs have to do this in order for everyone else to know who it belongs to. Its his horomones that is causing him to want to do this all the time. Once they get fixed, it takes about 2 months for those horomones to subside. Not only will alot of those bad behaviors stop, you'll be adding on a few years to your dogs life.

Same as a housebreaking accident with a young pup - squawk NO noisily & rush him outside, praise when he pees out there.

try using cheyenne pepper
just sprinkle a little bit on the floor or what ever else
hes peeing on and he will stop
they dont like the smell of it
