It's around 12 hours, I think we did it once in 11 or so. There are direct flights from London with Air Mauritius. Air Mauritius is a very nice airline by the way.

There are two direct flights between london and Mauritius There timings arr
(1) Air Mauritius dept London 9.00 pm Arr. Mahebourg-11.55 am
(2) Air India dept. London 12.55 pm Arri Mahebourg 9.00 am
Also there is time difference of 3 hours between London and mauritius.

i would say about 10 - 12 hours for a direct flight , however i doubt if there is a direct flight from london , your best option is to fly to johannesburg in south africa and connect from there
