I have some short bits of hair at the top of my head (new hair growing) that tends to stick out which is annoying. I brush it backwards and clip it off my face for about 10 mins after drying & that seems to calm it down. If it's still a bit fuzzy try using a tiny amount of styling wax on the frizzy parts, this should flatten it out. A good tip for stopping your hair being frizzy is to sleep on satin pillows - this doesn't snag the hair like normal pillows.

I used to have this problem and have found two things which seem to help:

1) Don't brush your hair straight after washing it; wait at least a few hours

2) Don't put your hair up in a ponytail! I used to do that all the time but when I stopped, the static decreased!

I also found that changing hairbrush worked! Try buying a different one as it actually can make a difference!

Hi you using the wrong type of shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. Mostly shampoos and conditioners to make your hair sleek and smooth is for thick and frizzy hair. It contains loads of moisturieser in to smooth the hair so it doesnt become frizzy but as your hair is thin this shampoo in putting too much moisture into your hair causing it to become frizzy and fly away. My mum has this problem and even thought it me who has the thick hair if I use a shampoo for dry damaged hair my hair gets like yours as its got too much moisture in.
I would recommend you using something like Avons Daily results or The Volume and Texture one for your fine hair. Its best if your hair is fine not to really use conditioner, but your hair will need to have a little conditoner so I would recommend a leave in spray conditioning spray or cream
. Avon also does these.
The you can try and straigten it if you have a little frizz also use a heat protection spray when you dry it or straigten it and get one that you can put on dry hair beofre you straighten. This will help keep your hair straight and make the straightness last.
So I always remeber smooth and sleek is to moisturise, you need volume and texture or a shampoo for Normal hair. You will find one eventually but I would switch to either Daily results from Avon or Volume and Texture.

Anti friz shampoo, conditioner and serum helps tame frizzy hair. Oiling the hait atleast twice a week for 2 hours before taking a hair bath helps improve the heatha and texture of the hair, use Oilive oil or jojoba oil. Applying plain sour curd or yoghurt for 15- 20 minutes before washing, helps to flatten (hence straighten) the hair and adds shine (gloss).

Frizz and static are two different things. Frizz happens by humidity allowing the natural curl in hair to rise. If you sweat you will have that happen. Static is caused by ions. If you have lots of static in clothes or your home this is a factor. You need a negative ion blow dryer for your hair and if you spray your hair brush with hair spray it also zaps the static in it.

If you have to wear your hair in a ponytail for control you can simply learn different ponytail styles for variety to your look. You could also just get a hair cut that makes your hair more manageable. Good luck!

Put moose in it before you dry it and that way it should help it all to stay in the position you dry it in. If you rub a towel or something like that down your hair it will take the static charge off it, either that or a fine spray of water and smooth through with your fingers.

Maybe you need to put hair straightening serum, anti frizz. Trim your hair on a salon but not too much. Just to remove split ends. Always condition your hair with a good conditioner. Brush your hair while showering to remove the tangles in your hair.
