Hello! If you want, there is an awesome product on the market that helps you control your hunger. It's called Hoodia - they are 100% natural herbal pills, when you take them you don't feel hungry anymore and you don't think about food. I know how bad this can be. I also wanted to tell you that after some long hours of research I found a website that offers 2 week supply of pills for FREE, so you can try them out before actually buying more. You can find this great offer here: http://freehoodiapills.com/?zokiy
There is one more product that is also awesome that helps controll hunger. It's called Lyse XL. This one is a thermogenic weight loss formula. This means it helps your body to burn more fat as it usually does. It is also 100% herbal and natural, and it also makes your hunger go away for a few hours after you take them. You should also check this product it's totally crazy! AND I found other website that also offers FREE pills to try before buying, 1 bottle of Lyse XL for free, you can use them for 2 weeks, they say you can lose 2kg (4 lbs) per week with them. So with the free bottle you could lose like 4kg or 8 lbs. Find it here: http://dietpills4free.net/?zokiy
There is one more thing I wanted to tell you. You said you are exercising. That is VERY good. This means you will lose weight, if you do it daily and don't quit. I'm a weight loss consulter and I've been in this business for more than 6 years. Daily exercises and if you watch little what you eat, is great way to lose weight. Slow and steady, and healthy. Just keep up the good work, you are doing great, and you will lose those 20kg. If you want to check, I heartly recommend you Yerba Slim - this is a product that makes your body burn extra fat. And you achieve the best result when you exercise and take these pills. It's a total bomb in weight loss industry. But sadly, they don't offer free bottles as Hoodia or Lyse XL, you can check Yerba Slim here: http://yerbaslim.com/?zokiy
Just never give up and you will achieve your plan. Take my words only as a heartly advice. I'm not telling you should buy anything. But extra checking and learning how these things work never did any damage.
I wish you all the best luck, cheers!

If you feel hungry, wait. Drink a glass of water and wait about 20 minutes. If you still feel hungry, then go ahead and eat something. But do it in the structure of eating your meals at well-spaced intervals. In fact, change your meal schedule to be 4 or 5 smaller meals per day. If you can't pull that off, then when you eat your regular 3 meals, eat your protein first and carbs last. This can help make you feel more full after eating less food. Also, eat only a small portion, maybe 200-300 calories, drink a glass of water, then wait 20 minutes. If you still feel hungry, eat a bit more, drink another glass of water, then wait again. You'd be surprised how full you'll feel if you follow that regimen. Remember, VERY often, hunger pangs are actually just a lack of water. Most people can't distinguish being hungry or thirsty, so satisfy thirst before eating. Also, if you work out, even just walk on a treadmill, for 20 minutes in the morning, then again for a half hour in the evenings, you'll burn more calories. Don't eat for 3 hours before bed, and before you go to bed, drink a glass of cold water. Your body has to heat up the water before it passes it through your system, and that burns calories. Good luck!

diet is a way of life not a sprint. you have to get all the food groups and eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going and you are not gona think about food that much too.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Do not go 'on a diet'. Instead, thing of eating a food plan, i.e. the kind of diet you would give a person in a hospital. In other words, do not restrict calories, but eat a full diet that is designed to nourish but not be a mood altering experience (stressed spelled backwards = desserts). Plan your meal a day ahead of time and stick to it. If you can not, you are an addict and contact wither Overeater's Anonymous or Weight Watchers.

You cant starve yourself right!
you probably put the weight on by eating junk food over many years like
chips the hot ones & the packet type chocolates etc drinks & heaps more junk
so eat healthy & dont over eat cause that stretches your tummy
leave the table just a tiny bit hungry
& have your healthy dessert later on for a snack
never buy chips & if you want a reward say once a month just buy cooked fish & then have a nice salad with it
oven fries are ok if you dont have heaps
you can have small treats every few weeks but dont go mad & eat the whole cake or choc
you have to do this for life & it wont fall off in a minute it will take time but just keep up the healthy food & never over eat

What works for me is everytime I wanted to eat something I knew wasn't diet friendly, I would eat a small apple before it; I wouldn't be as hungry and may end up changing my mind entirely. Also, if you fill up with a lot of water you won't be as hungry.

Sounds like you're not eating enough protein, maybe, in what you listed as your diet right now. A symptom of not enough protein could be feeling hungry and thinking about food. Can you add some protein AND some good carbs -- like whole grain bread toasted to have with your yogurt, maybe?
