that the whole god thing was no more than a myth, would you give up your belief in him, or would you continue denying the evidence and the facts?

Actually, Shibboleth, I would and so, I suspect would most atheists, but nobody has done that yet

There is concrete evidence, it’s called the bible. It’s exactly what makes many Atheists remain Atheists.

If...then. If..then. Conditionals, the way employed and formulated most often by people who do not see the mistake in their "reasoning", rarely make for sound argument strategies. The antecedent/consequent inference is not always a necessary entailment thus leaving the possibilty of attack by someone like me who just called you out to show absolute proof positive the "evidence and the facts" that you can only at best hope exist.

I would, but...
I would, but...
I would, but...
Doesn't answer your question, does it?

For me, not a Christian (for the sake of clarity), no, concrete proof or no, I'd still go on believing the myths I do.
For two reasons - One, my believing them does no harm to anyone else, and Two, they're myths. I acknowledge that quite freely. They're stories I tell myself or beliefs I hold that make the drudgery of life that little bit easier for me.
Pure and simple.
I don't let them 'rule' my life, and I don't discuss them with other people, let alone impose them as if they are universal laws.
I'm secure enough in myself to accept that if my beliefs die with me, they do, and the universe is no better or worse off for that.

If someone came to me with concrete evidence of anything of the sort, I'd have to admit there is a God and they would be him, because, it would consist of time travel and magical feats of putting me in places where I cannot possible be by any other method.

Difficult question, since I would have to deny the evidence and facts of God's existence that I already have. My belief in Him is supported by my relationship with Him. Whatever concrete evidence produced would have to deal with years of evidence, experience and relationship.

If anyone came to me with concrete evidence about something (proved something to be true with 100% certainty) then believing it to be true would be the only logical thing to do.

I guess the christian answers show that they are more interested in believing in god than honestly believing what evidence shows.

I am not afraid of any kind of Challenge, Because I have all the evidence that God is real. You are 37 yrs. too late to tell me. For 37 yrs. God has kept me from death 5 times, & God lives within me.. Come on now show me your evidence.-------------Hey I like all those thumbs down, it shows me you don't know anything, that you are only presuming.

I have listened to all the evidence that Atheists have trotted out too convince me that there is no God. I come back to the same question, why do you find it so important to try and convert people to your way of disbelief? What do you get from it? Who benefits from your toil?

I have already experienced the evidence and the facts. So I stand firmly on solid ground and know from where my strength and salvation from this place comes so I wait with a peace that passes all understanding for that great day when I get to go on through that door.

The fact is if someone gave me some concrete tablets that claimed to hold the truth I would suspect that it was theologically motivated -- not critical based thinking.

No I would take an overdose of sleeping tablets, like in the beginning before I had the truth reveiled to me. And had even seen with my own eyes the man in linen clothe with eyes that sparkle like stars approach me.
