how much weight will i lose in the next 10 days

Depends on your rate of metabolism. You may not lose any. Skipping meals or not eating enough slows down your metabolism.

honestly - you will gain weight if you do this.
fiber has to be consumed during the day not all at once - you will get bloated and gassy...
