I own a IBM T41p thinkpad and I want to run mac on it, as far as i get it i can(many websites say so), so can anyone tell me how to?

Those websites are "pulling your leg", so to speak. It's not possible.

You can, but you don't want to. Since projects that allow you to run Mac OS on non-Mac hardware are illegal, they are quickly shut down by Apple and are very buggy. The biggest issue is that there is a lack of support and drivers for non-Apple hardware. If you are capable of writing your own device drivers for your hardware then you'll maybe be okay, but otherwise it will be a nightmare for you and will still be buggy. And since it's illegal you won't be able to get any updates or patches, and most software won't run properly.

If you want the Mac OS, you have to buy a Mac. The Mac Mini starts at just $600.00, which is very reasonable. You can also use Boot Camp to dual boot Windows and Mac OS on the Mac.
