Make the Jell-O for the first layer & pour it into the mold. Allow it to start to set. Then make the Jell-O for the next layer & allow it to cool to room temp or allow it to gel a little bit in the fridge before pouring it on the top of the first layer.
To make the Jell-O cool faster, disolve the gelatin in w/ 1/2 of water while it is hot first then add the second half of the water as ice cubes.

lime jelly crystals 1 packet
raspberry jelly crystals 1 packet
orange jelly crystals 1 packet
Break up the the lime flavoured jelly crystals and put half of them into a mixing bowl or jug. Make up the jelly according to the pack instructions but using half the quantites of hot and cold water. Pour the mixture into a clear jelly mold or glass bowl and put in the fridge. When the jelly has set, make up half of the raspberry jelly in the same way and after leaving to cool for a bit, pour the raspberry jelly mix on top of the set lime jelly and put the bowl back in the fridge. when this layer has set, add a layer of orange jelly mix and carry on in the same way until all the cubes have been used.
When set, the jelly will have a striped appearance and there will be lots of it (!) so this is a good and impressive recipe for parties. A clear mold or bowl is suggested because such a large amount of jelly is hard to turn out onto a plate while retaining its shape so the stripy effect is lost, it is better to leave it in the mold.

As Treadsto... suggested, make one layer at a time. Chilling 'til almost set before adding the next layer.
However, as a variation, you may want some layers "whipped". To do this, just make 2 batches at a time, in two separate bowls. Which ever layer you want on top (clear or whipped) will go into the mold first unless you are serving it from a bowl, rather than free standing. The second bowl should be one that you can mix in. When both bowls /mold are almost set, "whip" the second one with an electric mixer until it turns foamy. Pour this over the first layer and return to 'fridge. When this is well set, you can add another layer. Use any flavors you want and as many layers you want. (You can also make 1/2 batches). Just remember that if it is free standing (unmolded) it will giggle over if it's too tall.

Here is something my mother-in-law taught me which saves a lot of time. Pre-make all the coloured jelly in individual containers except for the final colour you prefer. Cut up all the jellies when cooled and mix into the jelly mould, pour the final coloured jelly to bind all the colours together. Set & serve.Volia!

You could. But i really dont think you should. Maybe some toast or fruit or cereal would be a better idea? That mold sounds awfully pretty and colourful though :)
