I found one form but all it speaks about is if you owe money what form do I fil out if I am getting money back?

You fill out the same form to request an extension whether or not you owe, but don't send any money with it if you're getting a refund. It's form 4868.

If you need additional time to complete your 2006 tax return, you may request an automatic extension until October 15, 2007. In prior years you were granted an automatic four month extension of time to file and then had to request an extension (Form 2688) for two additional months if extra time was needed to prepare your tax return. For the 2006 filing season you may file an extension and receive an automatic six months of additional time to file your taxes.
