How old does he think you are? It never hurts to be honest with people. How well does this guy know you if he doesn't even know how old you are?
My guy friend (who is 19) told me that he would never date a 16 year old, though. I think he's a good guy.
On the other hand, 3 years isn't that big a difference in the long run. My parents are 5 years apart in age and they're still married after more than 20 years. Again, honesty can't hurt that much.

I would tell him if I were you. How long have you been dating? Because if I were a guy dating a girl, and I found out she had been underage while we were dating and she didn't feel she could trust me with that, I'd feel betrayed.
On the other hand, if it's a casual thing, then there's no need for him to know! Good luck either way. :)

Yeah you should before this guy ends up in jail! Shame on you! It's dishonest girls like you who get good guys like him locked up in jail. If I was your mother I would whip your fast ass. At age 16 you should concentrate on getting to the next grade and finishing high school not being hot in the ass.

Not much of a relationship if you are lying to him. Better level with him and get it over with. Your relationship can not be love without trust. Get things out in the open once and for all. Don't think that you can lie to someone and keep their trust forever. Sooner or later, they will dump you for your lying!!

Yes you should tell him your age because you can get him in a lot of trouble. He could end up going to jail in a heartbeat.
