Tobacco chewing is a habit you are attached with or dependent on. Become a detached person by doing meditation for half an hour daily under an experienced spiritual teacher who doesnot charge you anything for teaching and in ten days you will stop chewing lesser tobacco. In three to six months, you would have left tobacco even without your knowing it.

although everyone might appear to be on your case about chewing, its for your own good.
Their are a number of ways: lose your job and run out of money to buy it, dont buy chew, just stop it, look at some pictures of mouth cancer, sugar free gum, supplemental gum, start chewing on your finger nails, or get a job that doesn't allow any tobacco products(chew or smokes).

First, You Should throw out anything in your house that contains tabacco and nicotine. When you feel the urge to chew, and become anxious, you should play a video game, take a run, or box, to calm that feeling; because usually if a person is addicted, if they cannot reach the source of nicotine they become violent and unsteady, so running, boxing or playing a racing or fighting video game can somewhat sooth that urge.
I would also recomend taking a 12 step class.
Hope I could Help. =]

I had a church rector that had that same problem. The solution, "bad" gum. I bought it and what do ya know, it tasted like beer. But it wasn't it was ordinary gum with no alcohol in it. They also make stuff for tobacco. It depends where you go to buy it (longs sometimes has it)

Find new ways to relax and write a list of alternative activities.
(It's funny you should ask this because at this very moment I am doing Health homework, and this whole chapter is about tobacco. If you need more information on how to quit I have the book right here so just let me know.)

Instead of chewing tobacco, try chewing gum! Go through as many pieces as you want until you are completely tobacco-free. Them, you can start to reduce the gum. Eventually, you will be free of both tobacco and gum.

Get a tobacco patch, or just quit buying it. I'm sure you know about all the bad things it does to you (gum disease, white tounge, tooth decay... ect) Think about the positive things that will come of you quitting... and try sucking on hard candy... you can't get rid of a habit, but you can replace it.
