As a vet tech for 10 years, I would suggest If you are really sure it may harm them the best thing is to make them vomit using a teaspoon (dog under 20 pounds) or a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide (the stuff you have for cuts/scrapes).
It is gross to have them puke, but the hydrogen peroxide in that small amount will induce vomiting and the foaming action will pull up all the bits.
Don't give them more than more than one dose.
The hydrogen peroxide in that small amount won't harm them and won't make them puke like other substances will do for hours on end.

First a disclaimer. I am not a vet or an expert by any means. But here is the way I would handle the situation as I have three dogs. I would watch them for any abnormal behavior, being lethargic, vomiting and such. If so take them to the vet. I would get the address of an emergency vet in case you need to go in the middle of the night. The thing to remember is a dogs digestive system is a lot different than ours. In the wild K9s will eat carrion and I am sure you dogs would eat cat poop as mine do.

Dogs eat disgusting stuff all the time. Just watch for signs of illness/digestive issues. Excessive vomiting and or diarrhea. If your dog becomes unusually ill and is not eating or drinking then a trip to the vets is definately warranted.

Depending on the amount he ate, he will probably be fine. Dogs have different stomachs than us and can tolerate raw meat.
I would watch him closely tonight and if he seems lethargic or is vomiting, I would take him to the vet or at least call your vet and advise him of the situation. They can give you good information on the phone.

dogs should only eat raw meat - with cooked meat used as treats. they are not human.
spoiled meat however, is not good for them. keep an eye on them - if you notice vomiting (more than once) you will need to take them to a vet because they probably have a bacterial infection - if you dont and they keep vomiting or have runny poop, it could kill them.

OH my, so many things you left out
1. how old are the dogs?
2 how much meat did they eat?
3. How spoilt was the meat?
Depending upon those , you may not need to take them to the vet.

Dogs were scavengers and ate carrion therefore it's system is designed to cope with it.

They will probably be fine. Their digestive tracts are short and they cat eat grosser stuff than we can without getting sick. If they act sick tomorrow see the vet.

If it's bad they will regurgitate it.
Usually dogs are very tolerante of spoiled meat.
They will usually not eat it if they can't tolerate it.
