Can't you see how the Bible prophicies are being fulfilled as I type this.

But not when the Roman Empire fell.

And definitely not when the black plague knocked out over 1/3 of Europe.

And most certaintly not during not one, but TWO world wars.

No my friends the end is nigh like it's never been nigh before.

Looks like you ran into Poe's Law: No satire can be so ridiculous that someone won't mistake it for your actual position on an issue.

This statement dishonors the millions of Christians that died in the first 3 centuries. It also disregards that when Jesus told His disciples that "This generation" would see the destruction of the Temple (Mathew chapter 24) He literally meant their generation and they indeed say the destruction of the temple and over 1 million of the Jews were slaughtered in the attack by Rome at AD 70. Those that were lucky to remain alive were taken prison. Jewish mothers ate their babies to survive. All the Jews held up at Masada committed suicide to prevent being brutally murdered by the Roman soldiers. The Christians that remained after this were greatly persecuted by Nero and other Cesears that followed. The first and second century Christians were covered in bloody animal skins and were thrown to lions and bears in the arenas of the metropolitan cities of the Roman Empire and it was a sporting event. I will stop there. Christians are still being killed in countries over the world and have been for the last 20 centuries.

If the home owner knew when the thief was going to come, he'd be ready and waiting for him. But he doesn't know. In like manner, we don't know when the end is coming...but it will. Gods time and ours are not the same. A thousand years in our time may seem like only a moment in His eyes. Old Testament prophecies have come true including the one of Jesus birth foretold a long time before it happened PLEASE, I ask you to do this: Read Psalm 22 verses 14 through 18. and Psalm 69:21 Now read Matthew 27:34 &35. John 19:2428,29 and 34. Sound familier? Psalm was written hundreds of years before Jesus was ever born. Jesus Himself said that He was returning at a time that no one else knows. He will return.

The end times don't come to us, we have to go get them. In the form of nuclear war and global warming. That's why President Bush is such a great president -- he's bringing about the Armageddon! Finally!

It's got nothing to do with repenting. It's about who you follow. Those who follow the wrong person don't get their names in the Book of Life.

I hope you follow the right prophet and don't align yourself with the wrong one!

That's what they said when Nero burned down Rome near 2000 years ago.

You should read Revelation 1:1 where it clearly (VERY clearly) says that “these things must soon come to pass”. Well it’s two millennia overdue and it’s not my fault. Now stop frightening little children with your evangelical nonsense.
