use a heating pad on your back for twenty minutes at a time several times a day and see if this helps.
You really need to see a professional massage therapist. They definitely could help work out the problem.
A chiropractor is excellent for problems such as you are experiencing. I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.

I have a really bad back. My hips and ribs both pop into wierd places and i get really bad pain... just like what you're explaining. At first, i went to a physical therapist... the pain would go away after an appointment... but kept returning. Finally, i'm going to a chiropractor. I've had x-rays and know that my spine is lodging the wrong way, my hips pop out of place and this is what causes that pain for me. Since going to this chiropractor i feel so much better! I can actually sleep at night! If you end up going to a chiropractor, ask if they have med-x machines... if not... don't go to them.

I think you need a good professional therapeutic massage. If you have tightness in your back then go out in the cold it tightens even worse. Once you get a massage you can do some relaxing exercises to keep it loose in the future.

You can confirm RA by just doing RA test and ESR. If RA IS +VE IT CONFIRMS if -ve and ESR is high it is RA of -VE type we call.
Whiever may it be we treat them with 90% success.
Coldness energy in body is related to pain. Atmospheric cold increases it, that is what you suffer.
You should avoid all cold things- food and atmosphere.
