Is it Haram, to listen to Marilyn manson, has well has ACDC and black sabath.?

Is listen to death metal, black metal and gothic rock haram in Islam? would I go to hell for it?

Most likely. That is what broke me free from the Sick bible. My bible school teacher told me I was going to hell for listening to rock and roll(8 yrs old). I asked If I didn't know it was a sin and had already done it would I still go to hell........she said yes. So from that point on I knew that this God was not any God I wanted to give my power to. If he sent innocent people to suffer for all eternity. I thank her everyday, if she hadn't said that, I might still be religious. Soooooo glad its all over for me. Now I must spread the good word. If you found a note on the street and it didn't make sense you would throw it away right. Same thing goes for religion. If it doesn't make sense, don't put to much value in it. If it helps you then by all means, internalize it.

I will tell you from a music standpoint......That this type of music you mention will have an effect on you physiology. It will release adrenaline. This can make you feel pumped or angry. I hope you will realize this and make your own educated decision. Beethoven, Bach, Mozart and more play music that will actually make your brain more efficient. Its called Hemi-sync. The men that made this music were geniuses. Marilyn Manson, acdc and black sabath are entertaining but I feel they are far from genius. Enjoy!!

I have all the CDs made from AC/DC and Black Sabbath and even though that type of music doesn't glorify God I don't think you would go to hell for listening to it. I don't think Jesus Christ would listen to AC/DC or Black Sabbath. Maybe that is the correct answer. AC/DC mainly promotes sex and their music is mainly sex driven but there are some "drinking" songs and just old fashion rock songs that really have no meaning and just sound groovy. The songs of Black Sabbath were nearly all influenced by drugs and contained hidden messages about drug use. The song "Snow Blind" is about Cocaine (snow is another name for cocaine). Yes the music of these two bands could lead you to immoral lives so I do not endorse this music.

Now Marilyn Manson music should be avoided all together. He makes it a point to criticise christianity, promote rebelion towards parents and government and his songs are the scum of main stream music. I have purchased and listened to his music before I got right with the Lord so I know what I am saying. Sure there are some bands out there much worse than Marilyn Manson, the death rock bands, but they are not sold at Wall Mart.

If you are a very religouse person its a sin to hear radio or see tv. I don't think it haram though. Its music you like y would you go to hell. Lots of muslims listen to rock. My husband is one of them. And he's a muslim
