i pick my hair from the root when i study, one part of my head is getting with out any hair , what should i do to stop it

I would see a doctor. It sounds like you have trictotillomania which is an impulse control disorder. In the mean time, one thing that I use is a worry stone, to keep my hands busy instead of doing self inflicting harm. But, seriously, trictotillomania is a disease and I would try to talk with either your physician or a psychologist and get a diagnosis and hopefully they can help you.

Hi. I know what you're talking about, i do the same. Just hit yourself anytime you do it or try getting yourself occupied like holding the books or eating something. Haha. put a sock on your hands.

try wearing mittens while studying. or put on a hat until you break out of the habit.
