30 lbs in 7 weeks is four.25 kilos every week. It is feasible however are you ready to sacrifice at all times workout and be dedicated to the very strict vitamin it intails? If you'll reply sure then do this for a two week interval after which develop your carbs slowly in order that you're nonetheless loosing however now not at a drastic cost. Increase your lean protein consumption and lessen to 30 grams an afternoon your carbohydrate consumption. Watch your fats grams and comprise a fiber drink for your vitamin. Take an excessively well multi diet every day. Walk no less than half-hour within the morning and for quarter-hour once more at night time. Only retain this vitamin for 14 days after which develop your carbs till you continue to see a weight reduction however now not as so much. Your frame demands the carbs for fast power and the primary 2 weeks are brutal. I additionally reduce out something synthetic with flour or sugar and what a change that made too. This is just a fast begin or a solution to get you again on monitor if you happen to sway too difficult. Also I feel 30 kilos is an excessive amount of probably 20 kilos and firming physical activities will supply you the tilt seem you're watching for. Good success.

30 pounds by July 1st isn't totally unrealistic. Figure on 2 pounds fat loss max every week.
Here's what I am doing that is working for me. I joined a gym and work out at least 3 times a week. On those days I do weight lifting and cardio. The cardio consists of 30 min to an hour of either being on the treadmill or on an exercize bike. The thing I really like about the equipment is that you can plug in your current weight and it will tell you how many calories you have burned. I'm also trying to watch what I eat and keep my daily calorie intake to a level below.
Here's some general advice. Get active and monitor your progress daily. The second part is really important for meeting a deadline. Weigh yourself and use a tapemeasure to keep track of your progress. That way if you are gaining weight or not losing weight, you'll know what your doing isn't working.
Here's a great free website. Sign up, and use the Progress feature to record your daily measurements. What's nice is how the site will then create charts showing how you are progressing. This will help you keep on track for your goal. Good luck!

well first of all what is your eating habits? me personally I ate to much and to much junk food and pop. last spring I wanted to get in shape for summer so I just told myself I'm going to do it , so I stopped eating junk food ,started eating healthier ,drank more water than anything else and started walking a couple of miles a day to start then I bought myself a Total Gym and started working out again and I lost 30 lbs in a month and a half and looked pretty darn good . I'm 6.1 225 lbs now and I feel like I'm 25 I'm really 47. so yes it can be done with determination and a little work. It really does make a person feel good at my age when 25 year old women are checking me out when I take my kids to the pool.

It's not a realistic goal, but here's something you haven't considered: your fiance` accepts you for who you are, and so will the people who raised her to be who she is. It is admirable of you to want to impress them with your health, but If you seriously tried to lose that much weight by then, you'd be showing them a very unhealthy man!
Certainly, improve your diet and exercise routine, that will show in your skin, too. And you will have more energy.
Trivia: one way you can tell that people have a great marriage is that they gain 30 to 40 pounds in the first 2 years. So if you just keep a healthy diet in mind, maybe you two can show the rest of us how to have a great relationship and stay thin, too. Best of luck to you.

PORTION CONTROL! eat all your meals on small plates (like the ones you place coffee/tea mugs on). Doing this limits the amount of food your normally used to seeing and eating... this helps ALOT if diets are hard to stick with. if you can cut back then your stomache will shink size and eating alot WILL not be a problem. As with any thing, if you stop something completely for 21 days that addiction/ need for something will not return....this is true! you can reach your goal. its not unrealistic. excercise....walking, running, pretty much anything out of your normal routine will show improvement depending how much and hard you work.....and if you do any type of cleansing diet (like the cabbage soup diet) your gonna lose about or up to 15 lbs but eassily gain it back if you go back to normal un healthy eating habits.... hope my little bit of advice helps.. it works for me at keeping my weight maintained...oh and i know it sound like o.c.d but if you weigh yourself throught the day it also helps with reality and letting your self get out of hand before the next weigh in ;)
p.s. when you feel the urge to eat, drink a tall glass of water. which will cut the craving completly or get you full faster.
good luck, you can do it!

Try the master cleanser diet for 1 week. Do it the week before u meet the family.
I think u can loose 20lbs for July if u work out 3x/day and eat strictly healthy food. Eating frequent small meals increase the metabolism(try eating 6xday) that includes snacks between meals. Threadmill and aerobics are good for burning fat.
