and ive been put in charge of messing with the car and i need more ideas so far ive thought of panties on the antenna, lots of beer cans dragging behind the car and a muffler whistle. any more ideas?

I do believe you are going a little extreme how about just some of those pom poms and maybe saying just married. You ain't in the 50's anymore tin cans been gone for a long time and well it just looks stupid and makes a hell of a racket for people around the city and the service. The panties thing
rude, and well the muffler whistle sounds interesting as long as your brother is aware of it and knows nothing is wrong with the car?. But really make it siomething that he will remember and be proud of saying his brother did do you really want to look like a schmuck in front of family and friends.
Or maybe congratulate your brother and let some pro's do it.

It's fun to decorate a car for the bride and groom.
Just make sure you don't do anything to interfere with the groom's abitlity to drive and see clearly...there is enough distraction from the bride.
Make sure you use markers made for windows. And leave a clear view for the groom.
You can buy Just married clingy that attach to the side of the car.
Balloons are a lot of fun. But blown up condoms are more fun.

Silly string, stick condoms all over the car with a sign that says, "FINALLY I DON'T NEED A RAINCOAT NO MORE!", fill the car with balloons... endless possibilities.

how about an old beat-up car. really, really, old. but make sure the engine still runs. then you can put all the accessories that other people had mentioned. have fun.

tin can on string and Bolloons also there a foam you can use to write on the car without damageing it any.
