A positive attitude is a magnet for positive results, Positive People are a magnet for positive results, Your life is What You make it. And never ever lose your self confidence or your Charm for nothing or no body. What it truly is, Is that your trying to lose your Child spirit when you lose that life changes for ever till you understand that all it is , Is that your child spirit is being tempted by Your world spirit, What the world thinks is important and not your child spirit, A child dose not worry about the world and the things of the world, They worry not because they still have their child spirit.most any thing makes them happy and satisfied...Don't dare lose your child spirit...for nothing or no one because it is a happiness we chose to lose due to the people and things around us as we start to grow in age and wisdom of this cruel world...And when one has charm about their self you are so blessed, What ever brings you Joy seek it. What ever makes you happy do it, If it is depressing run from it and pray to Jesus to take care of it and it will be done. Pray daily for peace of mind and good health..And always Thank Jesus for a peace of mind and this charm that you have and just live and be happy God Bless you...And forever keep your Child like spirit...

We all experience those feelings on occasion -so don't over-analyze it. Do see a counselor, that can help with so many problems! It's great to talk to someone who knows how to listen.
Then, volunteer your time. Feed the homeless, swing a hammer with Habitat for Humanity, or what ever local charity you have in your town.
Finally, be sure to get plenty of exercise -even just a 1/2 hour a day will improve your mood a lot, and it's good for you.
Funny hint: go to the mirror, smile at yourself. Yes, just do it. You will discover something amazing: a smile is not the result of happiness, it is the CAUSE of it. Smile at everyone.

What you need is a break to get out of the city and have fun either alone or with friends/family.

If I were you I would pack my haversack and go to Kerala. This is the best season to be in Kerala.

A change from the regular routine is always welcome at such times when you feel low and bored. You have to been in the greenery and the likes to rejunivate your lost energy and fatigue.

Drink lots of lime water, coconut water and go on a light diet for a change. Eat something different. Do something different which you have never done before.

Feeling low is usually due to a reason. The reason may not be circumstantial - like a relationship break up or job loss. But, it can be because of what you're eating or failing to eat in your diet. For example, you may be lacking in iron or protein.

Physically, if we are not eating, sleeping and exercising properly, our body breaks down and our mind included. This can easily become a cause of depression or the blues.

I'd say - take a look at your eating habits, your exercising habits and your sleeping habits. If you're a healthy eater and avid exerciser, I'd check with your doctor to do a check up.

Sometimes, you may also be 'feeling' something but you can't put a handle on it. Often, we are not so great at being in touch with our emotions.

For example, today walking through the park on a beautiful sunny day, past the ball diamonds, I found my pulse racing and heart beating faster. I became discouraged. I had to ask myself why I felt so.

I realized it is because I used to play fastpitch and loved it. I was good at it and had once the opportunity to play at the elite amateur level. But, after I became pregnant, my hopes at playing at the olympic level were dashed due to having a child with health issues. Four years later, my son is okay. So, maybe I should take up ball again!

Honestly, it sounds so simple to clarify our emotions but for some reason our culture doesn't know how to do this. We skim over them and don't notice them until it's too late.

Especially for men I've found. My husband is an emotional guy but sharing emotions with other men is seen as a weakness among men. This is so unfortunate! After all that's why I fell in love with him.

So, figure out what you're doing with your physical body that could not be good. Figure out if there is something bothering you emotionally that you need to get out. Ask yourself, am I mad at someone/something? Am I sad about something?

If not, see your doc. Your body could be missing out on some important vitamins and nutrients.

Even I feel low 4 no reason. Wat I do 2 recover myself is sit relaxed n recollect de sweet memories of past. Dream abt de future in a cheerful manner. Imagine u r with de person u admire most. Do meditation everyday 4 at least 15 mins. U'll feel fresh n cheerful. Never be alone. Think everything is fine. Believe in urself. Keep urself entertained. Let ur hobbies be interesting n keep u busy.

Take a day to yourself just to feel bummed and blue. Stay in pjs all day. At the end of the day, focus that you will pull up your boot straps in the morning. Make goals, what you may be feeling is unsatisfied and lack of passion...start some soul searching on what makes you happy, and it doesn't have to be people, maybe its reading, painting etc. Next try to do whatever it is that you enjoy, outside in the sunlight. Give 5 minutes in the sun. Close your eyes and breathe in the air. Fresh air will bring life back into your soul....

You have not written your age, profession, marital status etc that are responsible for the feeling low syndrome...

However you may get relieved from this condition by making your life organized... going to bed early... getting up early... move around... mix-up with family and friends... if you have any differences with your family members, then resolve them... take your breakfast, lunch and dinner on time... watch TV & film... go for morning walks or evening walks...

Look at yourself in the mirror and find out whether there are strained face muscles, stiff lips, squeezed eye brows and folds on forehead... if so relax them and splash chilled water on your face... do not wipe it... leave it like that...

You will feel energized... god luck...

The same thing was with me also few days ago . But later I realised that the changing weather is the main reason . That effect our feelings and also change our sentiments. You do one thing just sit relax and think about yourself and ask yourself that what you really need and do what you really need . I think that will make u feel up...... Try this . And also keep in your mind that God is always with u this will help u a lot.

Look to what you like doing and treat yourself to it. You need to be involved with some friends doing things together, sometimes the simplest things give you the greatest rewards. Buy a dog or cat, they love you unconditionally and are a great way to get out and meet more people. It makes a difference when you have others depending on you.
