I posted a similar question, but now I have uploaded a picture of it so I thought that might help. I'm sorry it is not extremely clear.

It's the back that I am most curious about. Thanks.

I just named it that because I think it's Mary on the front. It's the back I don't understand.

Guys, I am the one who named this link the "mary_medallion." I assumed it was Mary. It may not be. And it's the back I don't understand.

It is a Mary medal of some sort and it appears the Roman Numerals at the bottom of the reverse are LXII (I believe is 62). I can't really make out the rest... LXII is the Roman Numeral for 62. Not sure of its signifigance on the medal

I think the center top and center bottom are symbols for Christ, being Alpha and Omega symbols and across from left to right are latin symbols for Mary

It is a Madonna rendering, not St. Christopher.

The left side is a picture of Mary holding Baby Jesus. Just look at the link, it's called the "mary medallion."

The shield is representative of The Legion of Mary, a group dedicated to the devotion of Mary.

A cross with an S and an M. Sancti Maria, Holy Mary
The LXII could be the roman numeral for 62. Other than the year of its manufacture I could not guess.

It is St. Christopher, and it is hard to see, but looks like a chalice?

OK. I looked again. Maybe it is Mary. The back has a date XLII. I forget what that translates to. Is that an S. and J? I really can't see it well.

If Mary os holding Jesus' hand, it is Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

Isn't the answer in the link. I'm not Catholic or anything but your link says "mary_medallion"
