i have really dirty blonde hair but i would like to lighten it little so its more blonde, will lemon juice turn it bleach blonde or just lighten it?

lemon juice with the sun will lighten your hair a little. But be aware that it won't lighten it very much, and is very drying. If you use this approach, be sure to condition it heavily after you do this, and be sure to condition regularly.

If you just want to lighten it a little bit and give it a natural sun kiss lightening, they sell this thing called "Sun In" at Walmart, you spray it on your hair and either blow dry it or sit in the sun then it gets lighter(it contains lemon juice) ^_^ & yes lemon juice does.

get a straw hot and lemon juic or just an actual lemon.
- when putting the straw hat pick a place where you want to get highlights.
-put the strand of hair all over through the straw hat and then the lemon juice.
it works more if you go out in the actual sun

It might lighten it a bit .But It is very drying for your hair.. It is like a Egg sitting in the sun.. U are really baking it.. Not good for the hair at all. Not good not good.. If u want hi lites go to a salon and get them done...
