If there were no problems nothing would be significant or special...there would be no pleasure without pain. Like if Christmas was every day would anyone care? Like you need school to make you see how valuable being at home is, and how much better your family is compared to your teachers.

I definitely don't think we "need" problems to move forward in life. While adversity can help us grow as people, by coming out of that particular problem, stronger than before, I don't think it is "necessary" for us.
The evolution of our souls don't depend on how many "problems" we face. Just imagine, living in a peaceful place, where there was only love, understanding, compassion and respect. We could then evolve coming out a place of pure thought and expression and that may make our time on earth that much better and allow us to focus on the things that TRULY matter.
Just thinking out loud..not sure if there is a "right" or "wrong" answer to this one:)

If all the worlds problems were solved we would make up new problems like if there was no war or death or sickness, we would find something elce to go fix. It seems to be that humans are insasiably curious. we will always prusue new knolege, and we will always move forward. If there are no problems we will make new problems. I can not imagine a world with out dificulty, but I think it would be very dull.

Then we would be living in the millennium! You know the time when the lion lays down with the lamb and all of Gods creatures live in peace together and learn of spiritual things! It's very close to that time actually!
But yes at the present time we do need problems to move forward in life. We learn compassion thru watching others suffer and we learn love and joy thru making it thru our own trials!
In order to appreciate beauty we have to see ugly things. In order to recognize joy we must first suffer pain.
Sometimes difficult but a beautiful way to learn lifes lessons!!

I think we'll be living heaven on earth, the happiest life we could ever imagine... now the other side of the coin is that I think we'll need to learn to live in a very different state of mind cause we are so use to the way we live right now we are going to get bored until we get with the program

We would live in peace and harmony and we would learn and create and never be bored because we would be using 100% of our brains and not the 2% we use now. We would travel without threats of terrorism. We would ride sharks and whales and wrestle with polar bears playfully without any fear. We would laugh and love and never again have to lock our doors at night. AND no one we care about would ever have to get sick or suffer or even die. We would truly be happy.

This is like asking, "What would the world be like if we were all still here, but we were all nowhere" It's a useless question and an impossible situation. I'd focus more on real problems than these philosophical dribbles if I were you.

Well. if one guy solved a problem which nobody else could, such as the Palestine-Israel conflict, I'd say he is the Anti-Christ. Look out.

There are two types of people in the world. The children of light and the children of darkness.
The children of light would be happy. The children of darkness would be bored. Therein lies heaven and hell.
