yea..ive pretty much conquered most of wat i want and im changin my styles. and my next thing is to get a six pack AND NO IM NOT TALKIN ABOUT A GOD DAM SIX PACK OF BEER..my mom and my granny say im wayy to skinny and i need to get more muscles around my stomach..and like wat builds the most stomach muscles? i hav a gym membership

great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. any type of abdominal exercise that stimulates the rectus abdominis over the full range of motion is best (rope crunches are better than leg lifts, etc..) reducing the body fat to below average levels is the only way to see the abdominal wall with out flexing

The Bicycle man and I'm not talking about the thing with two wheels.
Get on the floor and well.... Just look it up online. We did it in the Marine Corps all the time. Best of luck on that six pack and tell your granny to stop looking at your body. eww!

i lost 15lbs in 5 days
1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)
eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.
eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!
-i feel toned and really healthy =)
been doing this for about 2 months now and i have 4 pack abs!

The only way you'll see a six pack is if you get your bodyfat levels down, and this is done through diet and exercise. Crunches and ab exercises will help strengthen your abs and develop them, but you won't see a think until you get your bodyfat levels down.

Run, run, run. It’s not easy but it works. If you are skinny and just need the muscle use a resistance crunch machine or a resistance torso turn they will help you get the results you want!

Alot of crunches, eat alot of protein and veggies. Drink alot of water and stay on a workout plan daily! Do sit ups, aerobic exercises, and try and do as many crunches as you can a day.

Leg lifts = lower abs
Cable crunchs = upper abs
Do these and maintain a body fat of 8% and you'll have abs.

jacknives curl ups(with ur legs in the air crossed and then ur arms behind ur back and then touch each elbow to the across knee) very effective has not worked for me seeing that im chubby ^_^ but it has flattened my stomach quite a bit
