Something that would help physicians and student doctors to make differential diagnosis by inputing the signs and symptoms and labs....something like that....

But there is a book
FRENCH`S INDEX OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS.
The book lists in alphabetical order signs and symptoms like A for anemia,arthralgia, B for breathsound etc.

I really liked www.mayoclinic.com for my pathology course. It has a symptom checker and details different diseases and conditions in great detail from cause to risk factors and symptoms. very good site!
