yeah but my honest opinion is something most be wrong with it for selling at 5,000 cause it ain't that old and there ain't many miles on it

It is a good little gas saver.. especially if it has the 1.8 engine. It depends on which model it is.. and what accessories it has.. automatic trans, A/C.. electric windows, door locks.. The mileage would indicate to me that it was use for a commuter, probably sold new in late 2003. It will tell you date of manufacture on the driver side door well.. Condition is everything on a used car. $5000 is a fair price if it is in good condition.. Tires, brakes, paint and runs and drives well.. Do a Car fax check on it to be sure it has not been wreaked. And do not buy a car with a "Salvage title...

I agree with Cope123, this is an excellent choice for a used car, but, the price seems a little low. Be sure to have your mechanic check it thoroughly before you buy it. And ask for all the maintenance and repair records from the owner. If you can't get these, skip this purchase because something is wrong. Also, check carfax to make sure the car has not been wrecked and repaired.
