Not very bright. See the links for further info ... but bottom line is several hundred ANSI lumens is considered minimal for projection in a dark room, so 25 would be pretty dull. BTW, ANSI refers to a specified method for measuring lumens, where the latter is the unit of luminous flux. For comparison a standard 100 watt incandescent lampbulb emits 1700 lumens (at 110V, or 1300 at 220V).

If you are talking about a home theater projector ,25 ansi lumens is not very bright at all.However it may be enough for a slide projector for companies that need one.They are usually portable and easy to set up .
