I would chill a little on dairy, bread and sugar if it's in your diet. Instead have brown rice, oat meal and good carbs like that. Drink atleast 6-100 oz water a day. Get atleast 7 hours of sleep. If you're taking birth control that can be an issue. Also some other medications may be an issue if you're taking any. Bananas, pineapples and some grapes and apples are good for you but not best "I need to lose weight fast" choices for fruits. Instead, strawberries, blueberries, - basically all berries. Good luck!

dont count calories burned off - there is no way they are precise. count time doing cardio. this usually happens when you are undereating - you lose weight at first but its just water weight and muscle not fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

I too had hit a plateau in my weight loss efforts - it didn't seem to matter how many calories I consumed or how much I worked out. I was stuck.
A friend than introduced me to an all natural cleanse product that has done wonders. I'm feeling great, looking great (down 20 pounds!) all around it's amazing.
You can check with my coach for details about the product - while I'm happy to promote it for her I'm not into the sales and support part.
Good Luck

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

thats the thing most people dont understand. to loose weight, you must alternate your workout, havnt you noticed that your workout has been getting easier? it should be hard, always. to loose weight you cannot eat mostly fruits and veggies balance it with whole grain bread, small portions of red and white meat, and loads of dairy products like lo cal milk and cheese. low carb diets dont work, switch to a low calorie, low carb is like a sponge, you can squeeze all of the water out, but as soon as it gets the slightest ammount of water in it, it swells up almost instantly.

It depends on what you weigh. If you don;t have much to lose you hit a plateau sooner. But if you continue you'll start losing again. Be sure to get enough protein too. Cheese, lean meat, beans etc.

the amount of calories you eat is not enough for your weight. Your body has gone in starvation mode.
Try eating 2,400 calories twice a week and 1,800 the other days.
