you are eating more calories than you think you do which happens when you eat crap.
2min noodles contain way too much sodium which makes you retain water - gain water weight.
scone??? spagetti??? sausage??? chips??? 20min aerobics???
are you seruous??????
where are your fruits a veggies? where is lean protein? complex carbs?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

From what you are saying I would add some fruits and veggies to your meals, in the A.M maybe a banana and lunch maybe some baby carrots or celery.

For dinner I would add some protein.

Check the link below for some healthy snacks you could include in your other meals:

not nearly enough calories and the ones you are taking in are not balanced. your body will go into starvation mode, so if you are trying to lose weight, you won't. eat more and better, bump up the cardio to 30 mins.
