Are there any programs to translate Latin?

Like medieval European Latin. I have some text I want to translate.

There is none on-line free translator that works properly with any language. With Latin, being its construction very complicate, the result of these translator is even worse than with other languages, sometimes really funny.
If you need to translate a text to have a very rough idea we can try any of them (there will be people that give you links, I don't use them) but if you are looking for an accurate transcription then you must look for an human translation.
