My friend who moved here from Chernobyl brought some of his "special spices" and it does the same thing for my meatloaf. Fortunately, we eat in the evening with candles for illumination and the meatloaf adds a festive glow to the rooom.
The good thing is my kids don't need the light on anymore in the bathroom, so it works out great!

Do you live next to a nuclear power plant. Is that why your meatloaf glows in the dark.Don`t eat it you might go bald or something and body part`s might start to fall off. Get a good cooking instructer that is what i did last time i cooked meatloaf and it tried to bite me. And every thing is ok now.

Only if you leave it in the microwave too long! lol (And I don't recommend microwaving raw meats--they just don't "brown" like they do in the oven...)
Oh, and try adding some powdered taco seasoning to the ground meat, and top with some salsa & crushed corn chips for an interesting twist on the "classic" meatloaf dish...

Use Heinz 57 sauce instead of ketchup. It will lessen the glow and move it along faster.
