what should i do??? i feel like eating something BIG

I find that drinking a cup of skim milk satisfies my hunger before bedtime and I sleep well afterwards. Another trick, if you really don't want to eat, is go brush your teeth and go to bed. Once you have brushed, something just seems to click that your mouth is clean and it's not time to eat. I've used this as a diet trick for years. It works for me.

if you are hungry - eat. it doesnt matter what time of the day you eat just count calories and dont eat more than you spend.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

eat fruit or veg and 1/2 sandwich and some milk. I've never done it before but seems like the thing to do.

How about some whole wheat toast? That's good for you and should stay with you a long while. It's also healthier than not eating, which is frankly stupid.

fruit and veggies are healthy or start a new diet plan so you won't feel so hungry
