Are Hindus/indians the smartest people in the world?

they have become billionaire all over the world and now becoming doctors while white christians are turning into plumbers? is it because we speak of tolerance and you talk about crusades...

Visit South Asia some time. If you've never been there allow me to describe it for you: it's the most over-populated place on the entire planet. It is a filthy, crowded, inefficient, unsanitary and utterly dispicable place to be if you are used to the Western tradition of efficiency and personal privacy.

That being said, many Indian families value education. As with any other population you will have a small percentage of very intelligent people. India is no different. Have you noticed how so many of the smart ones leave their home country as soon as they are able.

The majority of both plumbers and medical doctors has always been whites, and I assume most of them have a Christian heritage.

If you're here to claim some sort of moral or cultural superiority to white Christians I don't think you really have a leg to stand on. After all, where do your Indian doctors choose to practice their medicine and raise their families?

Peter d, perhaps u should have visited india in the 1600s before the introduction of "western traditions" by way of the british scums. It was the second biggest economy in the world, and the only filth u would have encountered would have been in backwards europe.

i didn't know we, as white people (i'm taking out the christian part because i'm not christian), talk about the crusades. having pride in ones race is nice and all that but it's unrealistic in a world of many races. no one is better than the other. as far as the smartest people in the world - it depends on evolution, patience and ambition. truly, i respect and admire asians because they push themselves educationally. because of that, they become the leaders in the fields of math, technology, chemistry and much more. perhaps instead of playing the child game of "my race is better than your race", we could try to play living in the world nicely and respectfully? not all white people talk about the crusades and not all white christians talk about it either. i am tolerant of most people but i am not tolerant of those that play the "i'm better than you" game. or the ingorant game. or the "you're going to hell" game. i'm just trying to live fully, happily and respect life around me while everyone's being stupid.

i live in a town full of east indians and can tell you straight out they are among the most violent, haughty and rudest of people i have ever met. in fact, they echo your arrogance exactly. the sikh's won't even come to our town! talk about crusades!
