Who do you believe holds your future in your hands you or GOD?

I had a chat with a friend that told me he holds his future and i told him that God holds his future in his so my ? is what do you think?

Both. Humans can control events to some extent but God could hypothetically send an asteroid our way that could wipe us out altogether.

That leads into the technology-vs-God argument which I'm not going to touch with a 10-ft pole. Okay, bad example --- but you get the point.

In proverbs it says that a man will make his plans but God will direct His steps. The future is determined by our choices. God will always lead us towards His will. It may not be God's will for me to be a multi-millionaire, but it is His will to provide for me and give me life abundantly. We also don't know what's around the next bend. You could plan your future to be the next great foot-ball star, or concert violinist, but an auto accident or something unexpected can ruin all your years of planning and preparation. God knows what the future holds and will lead us through it and stick to His plan for us.

Well since god has not made "himself" known to me in 40 or so years and for quite some time I was actively seeking "him," I'd say the answer is Me.

there is often a real time a real place a real guy a real concern a real destiny for all of the girls human beings.. in basic terms appreciate them.. some issues are no longer meant to be understood
