Try swallowing a bite of bread to push it down.

The chances are that the fish bone is no longer stuck in your throat but has actually scratched it. This will also give the feeling of discomfort when you turn your head from side to side. If you are feeling no further discomfort and you can eat and drink normally you shouldn't have a problem. If the bone is really small, it should 'digest' within a few days. If you are worried then go to the casualty department of your local hospital.

Try eating a small piece of white bread with peanut butter on it. If that doesn't manage to catch hold and take it down the system, then you probably ought to visit the doctor. He's got nice long tweezers that can take care of the trouble in a few minutes time.

Try making a ball with the inner part of bread and swallowing it, after shewing off course.
It usually removes the bone.
If not, go to the doctor.

this happened to me. It's so annoying. I tried the bread thing..but it didn't work for me. I wound up using a tweezer to get it out. It was a few years ago. I think I made my friend help me. I know it doesn't sound so safe, but if you're like me, you are not going to the emergency room for this.

Go to the ER ASAP it could lodge somewhere else in your throat & become quite dangerous.

Eat a slice of white bread, this should stick to it & pull it thru. If that doesn't work go to the ER.

Try swallowing pieces of ripe bananas, as big as you are comfortable doing.
