I have a problem with snacking a lot. I won't even be hungry a lot of the time but I'll walk by a piece of cake and just snag a bite of it...or two...I really want to get back down to the weight I was last week and I only have three pounds to do that but I keep blowing it. How do I stay motivated to eat less? Oh! I exercise on my stationary bike a lot already so I just need help with eating better and eating less. Thanks!

Don't buy it in the first place. At the grocery store, go round the outside edges, not into the middle where the bad stuff lives.

And get ahead of the game, be proactive - if you feel an urge coming on, start munching on something that's not so bad. For example - almonds instead of chips. Fruit instead of soda.

Me, I'm a chocolate junky. I go for the really expensive dark chocolate, and since it's so expensive I only buy one bar a week and I know I have to make it last.

Your body is looking for vitamins and minerals that regular food does not have. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal. Heinz vinegar will stop you from overeating again and again. Do not feel guilty. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals. So you will focus on other things besides food. Former foodaholic. Hair and nails grow long too. Aids digestion.

I do the same thing. The only way to be sure you won't be tempted is to keep junk food out the house. And if you feel the need for a reward buy only single servings.

Drinking lots of water is a good way to supress those feelings until it is meal time. Also, buy veggies or fruits to snack on instead of cookies or chips.
