Why does weather there sefardic/orthodox matter? Is this religious? Might want to try another area if you want a religious answer, were more realist here. But it should be the same as any other relationship. Forgive yourself, forgive him, start living your life for youself. Of course when you add religion in the mix things get complecated by the fact that each has its own path "you have to take" so talk to your nearest respect'd religious leader if you want there take on it. Without the religion thou, just start spending time finding out why you pick this person, why it didn't work, how you can aviod this in the future, what you were thinking, and finding ways to make yourself a stronger person.
