Okay prom is coming around and finally I found someone to go with. He told my friend he wanted to go with me so she gave me his number to call him. Now I don't usually call first or ask, nothing like that. But I called and he didn't answer his phone. That was the last time I am ever going to call.
So do you think that's basically him saying "i don't wanna go with you to prom anymore" or what?

No No No, I think ur just too stress out about prom and ur just thinking bad things. Just relax. He might have just missed your phone call. That's all. Wait for him to call back. He might be nervous to just talk to you or something like that.

No, maybe he wasn't able to answer his phone at the time that you called. You can't over react to this situation. Maybe he is nervous. There could be a million excuses. Try calling him 1 more time and leave him a message saying this is whatever your name is and I was wondering if you were planning on going to prom with me. Please call me back at whatever your # is.

Well I would try one or two more times because there could be a really good explanation for why he didn't answer.If he didn't want to go with you he wouldn't have gone through the trouble of having your friend give you his number.Calling a few times wont mean your desperate.If you really don't want to call him then have your friend give him your number or just talk to him about it at school.Good Luck!!

Try talking to him again.
guys dont always answer the phone when you first call, he might of missed the call.
Anyways i would try calling again.
If the same thing happens then try and find another guy.

and you dont always have to go to prom with a guy,
go with your friends and have a good time.
guys these days are aholes anyway

Did you only call once, maybe he wasn't home......
Try calling him and if he's not home leave a message for him to call you back.Don't give up until you reach him.
You'll never know what you could have missed out on because of fear of rejection.....if he told your friend he wanted to go with you then he probably does want to go with you.

did you stop to think that maybe he wasn't home when you tried calling??
Ask him straight up- Do you want to go to the prom with me? and he can answer you right then and there.....don't ever assume* anything.

i dont think you should give up just yet if you only called him once. He might of been busy or had it on silent, you never know. If he doesnt call you back by tomorrow then just call him again and see if he answers. leave a message.

you're reading WAY too much into this. he probably just was in the other room, or had his phone turned off or something. Just go up to him and ask him to the dance face to face. trust me, not answering the phone does NOT equal rejection.

uh no! Why not leave a message, and if he doesnt call back, try one more time. If he still doesnt return your call, then I would say yes, he doesnt want to go with you, or he is just too shy to ask
