Drink? Water is always good to hydrate. That first answer was good - I've heard Cranberry has some medicinal values.

BUT, what I do, is I put a mix of half rubbing alcohol and half white-vinegar in my ear. The vinegar changes the acidity in my ear so the infection can't survive, and the alcohol dries it out. Then, I gargle with salt-water, which makes it so the infection can't travel to my throat.

Both answer #1 and 2 are good. I would say the same things you drink when you have a cold or other bronchial problem, citrus, cranberry, and lots of water. Chicken soup can't hurt either.

anything warm and soothing and easy to swallow if you drink cold stuff you will irritate your throat and things like sore throats stuffy heads and ear infections are all connected! you should really use ear drops (warm) one or two drops in each ear. rubberstampr

drink plenty of water each time you take the antibiotic. otherwise, drink lots of fluid -use caffeine sparingly.
