Yes. Thats what happened to my husband and I.
I'm Canadian, Wiccan (but Athiestic in my belief in the deities). He's American, the son of a Methodist minister though he's agnostic himself.
We met on the internet on a chat (we weren't looking) almost 7 years ago.
We're still going strong. It will work if both of you can understand that your religion is your business and not your spouses. Just leave your spouse alone about religion.

I don't think a man or woman can actually love anyone on the Internet, only the intellectual stimulus and propriety.
When you ask about different religions you show your true naivety, and are getting politics mixed up with religion.
God didnt say not to mix with different sexes or eligions, man did.

I can't see why not. You may be of different religions but in my opinion we all look to the same 'God' so it's just that you each have chosen a different spiritual path.
