Will we get too much water condensation in our lungs when we go into the steam room?

If you have to ask, you're too young to be in a steam room. It's late, go to bed, you have school tomorrow.

steam is not vapor. you can have ALOT of vapor in your air or lungs without realizing. true water vapor cant be detected visually. steam is just tiny drops of condensed water floating in the air which goes back to the original question. i think the bigger issue than the water in your lungs is the steam displacing air. I've noticed that if its pretty cold in my house and i run the shower very hot the steam goes nuts in the air because the lower temp air cant hold as much water vapor and it condenses back out rapidly. I've known someone to supposedly have passed out in the shower but woke up laying outside the curtain. she probably realized she was getting dizzy and maneuvered herself out of the curtain and just didn't remember.

you would notice shortness of breath long before the water collected in your lungs from steam. generally your lungs are very damp anyway. (when you exhale in the winter the moist air condenses into steam in the cold air.) i think you would notice shortness of breath from the lack of air rather than the moisture. just my opinion.

Actually steam helps facilitate cleaner breathing... that's why when people get congested, one of the best home remedies is to turn the shower on as hot as you can and sit in the steam. It's good for your breathing

i never thought of that but i think you would cough eventually if that happened. so as long as your not coughing then nothing is going wrong. coughing would be a sign of that.
