Cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, and bicyling, along with a healthy diet is the only way to naturally lose weight and keep it off. One hour of exercise per day will be fine.

There is no such thing as a spot exercise that will reduce fat in one area of the body instead of another, but obviously if you exercise your stomach muscles, these muscles will show greater tone.
The fat will come off your body pretty much in the same order it was put on. To accomplish rapid weight loss, I'd work toward an aerobic exercise program of about .5-1 hour per day 3-5 days per week. Any aerobic exercise that you enjoy will be the best choice, because the biggest problem is sticking with the program.
Check the Internet for "aerobic exercise". There are numerous sites explaining how to monitor your heart rate based upon your:
- Age
- Condition
- Resting Heart Rate
You try to maintain a heart rate within a specified range for a specified period of time.
Good luck, and I'd do some sit ups to tone those abs once you've taken off some weight with aerobic exercise.

We cannot spot reduce, so we have to train the largest total muscle mass (the whole body). Therefore, it is best to get a full body workout.
Here is a sample workout:

However, reducing the beer will also go a long way toward solving the problem.

you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss. everybody has areas in their bodies where fat reserves are most likely being kept.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Its some time hard to make your body perfect the way you want it. What is most important thing in this world is who you are inside. But at the same time you can be whoever you want to be. If you want to be fit, eat goodies, and train hard. Consult a professionals, not Yahoo.
