One of the reasons I favor the 104th psalm is because it speaks so lovingly of nature. God gave us stewardship of the earth, and a good steward does not squander what he is given charge of.

How do we manage the climate?
Isaiah 5:8 Woe to you who add house to house
and join field to field
till no space is left
and you live alone in the land.
I think this might mean people buying out each other's property through political contacts instead of realising that our land is our food. Why would you give up your imagination to trade it in for a paying job and then use that money to try to buy it back with goods? It takes love use the land aright, not money.

We cant manage climate, we dont have that type of technology. The climate is under Gods jurisdiction.
Actually Gods traditional curses are famine, sword, and plague.

Creation was shot the first dump Adam took after eating the fruit. All creation isn now subject to the curse. That was some bad fruit. Nothing we can do willl make a difference just as nothing we have done is making it much worse. It is the order of things to come.

How can God bless us more with anything if we do not appreciate and take care of what he has blessed us with already?

maybe- don't think god is so mean.
I think he set up systems and balances and we choose whether or not they run smoothly or if we will mess them up
