Try the link below, it has guidance on exercises like push-ups, crunches, squats, leg lifts, calf raises, etc... All can be done at home with no equipment. Good luck!

Get some good books that talk about sensible weight loss. You need good food to grow (because you still are growing!), so I think you are very smart to think about exercising as a way to lose some weight.
Low cost: Jumping rope is a really good way, and jump ropes don't cost that much money. Balloon volley-ball is also a good, fun way to get some exercise. Or playing with a beach ball with friends. Or drawing some hopscotch diagrams on the concrete and playing (you only need to buy some chalk).
Free: jumping in place. Climbing stairs and coming back down. Taking a good, long walk around your neighborhood (if your parents are worried, nag them into coming with you -- chances are, they could use some exercise, too). Balancing on one leg (be sure and switch legs -- you don't want to be lopsided). Check out some yoga books from the library. Run, if you can. You can also run for 30 seconds, walk for five minutes, and then run for another 30 seconds. Get an empty soda bottle, fill it with water and practice throwing it outside (this is a form of weight training). Do sit-ups. Play on the playground or the park.
When I was 12, I would spend part of recess walking around the outside of the playground. If your playground is a block large, walking around it once is four blocks. If you walk around it three times, that's a mile!
Good luck, and talk with adults seriously about your weight. If your parents won't listen, try the school nurse. Go into school a little early, or try your lunch hour.

Walking and running, riding your bike are great for losing weight, going up and down stairs is also good for you. With the good weather coming up, it will be easy to get lots of exercise that doesn't cost a penny

Well straight up push ups will probably be to hard on your back, so do push ups while your knees are on the floor. Do them with your arms wide apart to work your chest and close together to work you triceps....Do them till you reach muscle failure, every day before bed.....This will show some improvement and help you gain strength...

start walking 10 minutes a day and build it up to 30min. do not push yourself hard initially and do wear sneakers or similar type of shoes... later on you may add sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups... have fun... that's the key...
