Not all atheists are raving and ranting lunatics, trashing theism of any kind. I have had intelligent conversations with some atheists who value family, enviroment, and are positive contributing members of society. Along the same lines, not all Christians are argumentative and dogmatic. I DO want atheists to believe in God. Not for the sake of just getting them to believe in Him, but because of all the benefits that come from having a relationship with God.

No, that would be defeating the point. God's Word clearly states that if you are not living for God, you are living for Satan. Some things are true whether you believe in them or not. I would love to see every person in the world profess faith in Jesus Christ and be saved, not because I want them to agree with me, but because I'd like to see them receive the same wonderful gift that has been given to me.

Not necessarily. Most atheists have very strong beliefs, just not theistic ones. Many of them are beliefs that I respect, and wouldn't seek to change.

the reason why christians are always trying to drill the word of God into other ppls heads is because it says in the bible that if you do not wish to spread God's word, then you should question your own salvation...meaning you probablly arent saved in the first place.
