I have heard of that happening, it's not regenerating just means you may have had an extra tooth on that side and now that the other has been pulled there is room for the extra one to come in.

Check it out with your dentist before it starts giving you problems.

Wont ever happen. That is not how teeth work.

Trust me, its not growing back. If you are really worried, go back and let him x-ray the area, but I can promise it isn't growing back.

And just a note for the people who are giving the other answers (and now probably me) thumbs downs because they have said it wont happen, having a supernumerary tooth is not the same thing as a tooth "Growing back". So actually the people who have said it doesn't "GROW" back are right. So are the people who have said that instead, it could be an "extra" tooth.

Growing back? No. Having *another* "wisdom" tooth? Yep. FYI: "extra" teeth are called supernumerary.

sounds like growing bone , when you are born , the seed buds for your teeth are all there (the only thing on your body that grows this way ) unless you were born with extra seeds it is not possible

Yes, I've heard of people having two sets of teeth. It's not unheard of.

Impossible. Humans do not grow their teeth back. Ask your dentist.
