You have to use the future tense that in spanish is indicated by the suffixes.
In nadar=swim is:
nadaré= i will swim
nadaras= you will swim
nadará= he/she will swim
nadaremos=we will swim
nadareis=you will swim
nadaran=they will swim
In the verb to sleep =dormir would be:
dormiré
dormirás
dormirá
dormiremos
dormireis
dormiran

This is a good one. Well, Spanish evolved the future tense from its "to have" verb. For example, "I will swim" is pretty much the same as "I have to swim" (at least in spanish). So, in Spanish you can say "(Yo) He (de) nadar". This form was simplified with time and became "Nadar he", and then it became customary to write "Nadaré" (without the soundless 'h'). Similarly, we have that...
"Tu has de nadar" became "Nadarás";
"Ãl ha de nadar" became "Nadará";
"Nosotros hemos de nadar" became "Nadaremos" (no accent on top of the 'e' this time because it is already in the next to last position, so it is implied);
"Ustedes han de nadar" became "Nadarán";
"Ellos han de nadar" became "Nadarán".
So, sumarizing, you only have to learn the "haber" (to have) verb in present tense in order to conjugate spanish verbs in the future tense.
