I'm only 15 and I've been dealing with a lot of stress and loneliness lately. Lately, it feels like everything is...cracking, like if you cracked your knuckles. I've noticed that when I do it cracks louder and harder. Also it feels like my neck is cracking, but I think it's the back of my head (I've gotten headaches back there too). Other parts of my body that have been cracking are my toes, knees, elbows, and now my shoulders. I've also got panic attacks and have random pains over my body. I don't know if this is severe or not. If anyone has any answer I would deeply appreciated it. I'm starting to get very worried. Please help me...

Not to worry about any cracking sound- it is just the sound of air getting in between the joints. You are too young to have arthritis. I would work on talking to someone about your panic attacks because they are real and you must learn to talk yourself out of one if this occurs again.

You should see a Dr. to make sure there are no Physical problems, then seek some counseling for the stress.
