It's hard for me to focus on one thing - especially when it comes to school - i have low self esteem when it comes to school, i'm not very motivated so i kinda put it off. i get distracted easily and my focus is just weak.

Will working out help me keep focus and not act all "ADD"-ish?

OK this is your new plan. don't do anything weird like yoga this is what you do. if you want higher self esteem.. work out eat good. when you start to feel good about yourself you will notice that you have more energy to spend on concentrating on more important things. school. if you can get involved with a sport. it teaches you how to handle things under stress, and gets you in shape. so its a cycle..train fitness gets better concentration better concentration leads to better fitness and better grades and all that other nice stuff. so start pumping that iron

Almost any condition like this can be aided by improved diet and exercise, and I, myself, have found that when I ate healthy and worked out, my concentration levels shot right up.

I suspect it would DEFINITELY help!

I would try yogo or martial arts if you want to gain focus.
