you will pay federal taxes for both states when you file. enter the info for both w-2 forms on your federal taxes. Turbo tax will walk you through the entire process. My daughter works in CA and HI and we do it every year, it's very easy

The IRS wants to know about all your income, so both W-2's have to be in your 1040. However the address you put on your 1040 should be your current home address. And you should mail the 1040 to the IRS office based on your home address (I know PA is Philly, not sure where DE residents mail their 1040 to).

You'll file only one Federal return.

You'll have to file TWO state returns, however, since you had income in 2 states. Exactly how you'll have to do that will depend upon which state you lived in.
