im looking for the best way to gain muscle being 6'2" and weigh about 205 pounds i have alot of excess body fat. Most people eat alot of callories to gain weight but how am i suppose to do that if im allready overweight?

Mix a workout with cardio and some weight training. You will lose the fat and build some muscle.
